I haven't posted in a while so please excuse all the rust but I watched a documentary yesterday that shook me to the core. It's an amazing documentary and I think it is one a lot of people need to see. It's best to go into it "blind" so don't google it or anything, just watch it. At the moment it is on netflix instant viewing so find someone with netflix and sit down to watch. I'm going to post the Rotten Tomatoes review because I can't do any better without rambling on for pages but please, really consider watching this film.

Austin Frak Party Season 4

Hello F-List! So I know the vast majority of you are not in Texas, much less the Austin area but I still need help spreading the word! For all intents and purposes Austin Frak party 2008 is a go! The Alamo Drafthouse at Lake Creek will be airing the season premier on Friday, April 4th, 2008. They have not gotten back to me about the airing time but it should be start at 9pm! Admission is free and all regular rules with the drafhouse still apply, please no kids 6 and under etc.

Meeting up with The Chief!

So this weekend I will be meeting up with Aaron Douglas in Dallas! Here is where you come in, I need questions to ask him! So far the only questions I have come up with are completely non BSG related and are all about getting to know a fellow goalie. Keep in mind though that this is Aaron and everything is like talking to the cylon god, all in riddles and half truths. lol
I have considered asking him if he can tell us about the drunk Jamie story that Katee and Tahmoh alluded to, that should be funny!
I have decided that I am going to let him sign my shirt with whatever quote he wants, knowing Aaron its probably going to be something dirty like the comment about Cally having small hands.

I will record as much of this weekend as possible through pics and video and share with all my shipper buddys :)

Dragon Con 2008

Ok F-List, so I am wanting to plan my trip to Dragon Con but I wanted to confirm who is going. With the guest list thus far being: Leah Carins, Richard Hatch, Aaron Douglas, Tahmoh Penikett, James Callis, and Jamie Bamber, I made up my mind and I am for SURE going! Squee!
I am looking for someone to room with, if possible, i have no problem sleeping on the floor. :D
I am trying to figure out a budget as well so those of you that have been if you could help me figure out what all i should include in the budget that would be great!

Pilot Pics!

OK so im just scooting this from skiffy over here for those who don't get on skiffy. The wonderful and lovely NewbieUK or ruthkit here posted this.
Season 1: Kara and Lee are buddies, awww yeah baby faced buddies :)
Season 2: We are still friends but there is the obvious angst and now more sexual tension lol
Season 3: They are the naughties, very obvious sexual tension. They were friends, they were more than friends, then they were a whole lot less than friends and then friends again! Yeah and then she died.... minor problem. :)
Season 4: Well we don't know yet but OMFG! *melts* By the looks of it they can't be together at the moment but they are sooooooo wanting to be :)
Yeah..."CLEAN UP AISLE 4!" hee hee :)
I think the new promo pics could say a lot about the upcoming season. Here's to our pilots getting together! Slainte! :)

New Vid Release!

Hello all!
Ok so here it is, I have finally finished the vid i have been working on for months. This thing went through a very interesting life. It started out as a vid i was collaborating with Dave to do and this one still has several of those elements but I chose to take it in a different direction. Originally the song that Dave suggested I use was My Immortal by Evanesance, which is a nice song but one line in it seemed to contradict the entire point of the vid. After seeing an Allstate commercial the other day, it hit me and I found my song.
There is a warning, if you have yet to see S3 then don't watch, major spoilers!
I shall shut thy mouth now and let you go watch, here you go!

Hello all,
Sorry if you haven't heard from me in a while but moving/school/work has gotten crazy. I also kinda put off the whole getting the cable/internet thing setup before the move (I know WTF was I thinking !) If it is any consolation I had been going through MAJOR internet withdrawls. I had no idea how to get anythign done without the damn thing!
Dragon Con has come and gone, I hope everyone who attended had fun! The Bunnies gave Jamie a cake with his famous towel picture on it to sign and they have pictures to prove it!

I am finally moving next Friday, the 31st, and at this point I am unsure if I will have internet that same day or if it will take a few. Gods I hope its that day though.
DDT, I am losing my extra laptop due to moving, technically it wasn't really mine, so it looks like I will be starting from scratch like we talked about.
Steph, the shirt is in the mail and after DragonCon is over let me know and I will send my new address over to you. I may have you send it to the old one but at this point idk.

Sammy, I am working on the painting but what can I say, I'm clearly not a natural born painter. :P

Ok so instead of having to PM everyone or repost on the sci fi board here it is. I have 5 videos up and I am working on another one. BeyondInsane put a request in for a KL-ish vid with this damien rice song "cold water" I haven't posted it yet because I'm not sure I really like it. The song isn't my favorite and maybe I just need to get over that, probably the same reason the "run" video isn't my favorite. To see and my videos follow the linky and you can submit your requests either here or PM me on the scifi boards or w/e. I can also always use suggestions as to favorite scenes. squirrely1 has always been a big help in this department.
